Since 2008, The Quintessential Event Company has been a pioneer in producing innovative event programs in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. The Royal Oak Farmers Market has been one of our most widely utilized venues in southeastern Michigan. Of the 32 events we produce annually, nine of these events call this unique site home. From a cutting edge wedding show produced twice annually, to a selection of evening food festivals embracing some of the area's most popular foods and culinary trends, we have created a lineup of much anticipated, high traffic events.
To commemorate our 10 year business anniversary, and as part of our offering to local businesses, we are marking this milestone by sharing our success through a very lucrative event series Sponsorship Program.
Cumulatively our nine events at the Royal Oak Farmers Market draw over 7,000 people to the location each year. Our attendees represent that ideal slice of Middle America that so many businesses are eager to connect with – primarily college educated, professionally employed homeowners. Our strongest age demographic is 25 to 45 years of age, representing over 80% of our overall attendance. One of the most fascinating and enticing features of our demographic makeup is the diversity of the ethnic backgrounds of our attendees. We have had the good fortune of creating events that strip cultural barriers. Food, the cornerstone of most of our events, is a great unifier. The geographic draw of our attendees spans remarkably from Port Huron to Lansing with around 70% coming from the suburban Woodward corridor communities of Royal Oak, Berkley, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, and Ferndale. We also draw many people from the nearby communities of Clawson, Madison Heights, Warren, Hazel Park, Southfield, Farmington, Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield and beyond!
Metro Detroiters are tremendously fortunate to have a centrally located focal point for community activities like the Royal Oak Farmers Market. The Market is constantly buzzing with life from its Saturday and Sunday markets to lots of weddings and private gatherings to wonderful public events produced by the City of Royal Oak, The Quintessential Event Group and a very select group of other promoters. Steeped in history, the 25,000 square foot building was constructed in 1927 to provide local farmers with a viable site for selling their goods to the surrounding communities.

How to Secure Your Sponsorship
The deadline for securing your sponsorship for
the 2018-2019 Royal Oak Farmers Market Event Series
is Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 5 pm.
Becoming a sponsor is simple. Click on the button below to go to our secure sponsorship form. You will have the opportunity to select your sponsorship level and either make payment on this online form with your Visa, Mastercard or Discover or notify us that a check is being sent for your full sponsorship amount. Our mailing address is provided on the form for your convenience.
Upon receipt of your completed sponsorship form, a representative of The Quintessential Event Company will immediately be contacting to you to go over your sponsorship and acquire any creative elements needed for fulfilling your sponsorship.
